Our terms, in plain words

Last updated 19 October 2026. These terms cover the waitlist on this site, before anything is on sale.

1. The waitlist

Reserving a place is free and commits you to nothing. We email you when the first kits are ready. You can leave at any time by writing to info@nexodyne.org.

2. Nothing is sold yet

The kit is not on sale. Nothing is charged, and we do not ask for payment details. The design, the contents of the kit, and the prices on this site are planned and may change before launch. Before you order anything, you will see the final kit, the final price including VAT, any delivery costs, and the full terms of sale.

3. The planned price

The price on this site is a plan, not an offer. It helps us learn whether the kit is worth building. A place on the waitlist does not fix a price, and it does not give you a right to buy.

4. What we promise, and what we do not

We say what the gel does and what we still have to test. We give no figure for hours of cooling or degrees until we have measured it. The kit is for comfort. It is not a medical device, and it does not treat or prevent any illness.

5. Safe use

The gel is not food. Keep the cubes away from small children and pets. Do not heat them. If a cube splits, follow the steps under Safety. Those steps will also be on the care card in the kit.

6. Responsibility

We are responsible for making the kit safe, legal, and exactly as described when we sell it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.

7. Who we are

This is a test by Nexodyne LLC. Questions about these terms: info@nexodyne.org. We reply within one working day.

8. Changes

We may update these terms before launch. The version on this page is the one that applies.
